In your case it was that someone had sent a couple of huge encoded graphics
to your list.  As far as I know, you've already talked to Dana at the
office and this has been resolved.  You don't have notebooks so there's
nothing to delete as there would be for most other HOME list owners;
in any case, to my knowledge this was fixed about 20 minutes ago.
