I know that we talked about this before, but I can't remember the results.

We have a member of our list who can't seem to get Netscape
configured to use either US-ASCII or ISO-8859-1 as her default.
Instead, it is GB-2312, which is apparently some sort of Chinese. There
are other members of the list (most using MS Outlook or Outlook
Express) who are anywhere from annoyed to scared that it is a virus
when their software pops up and asks to download the character set.
I've tried to set the first user to change her setup (she says she has but
the evidence doesn't support it) and we've published the steps to keep
the pop-up from appearing on the MS products, but this problem keeps
showing up. Is there a way I can add the following line to my
configuration so that all messages have it and it replaces (or overrules)
the undesired header:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

Thanks, this has really became a pain to deal with lately with
everyone worried silly about viruses.
