I've been gone a while, had to change my ISP.  My new ISP uses Pine 4.10
and I've a problem with the bounce/resend function; it adds a new field,
as here:

    Subject: Re: AUTOCAT: approval required (6769F6CF)
    Resent-Date: Fri, 15 Feb 2002 20:35:25 -0600 (CST)
    Resent-From: Winship <[log in to unmask]>
    Resent-To: [log in to unmask]
    Resent-Subject: Re: AUTOCAT: approval required (6769F6CF)

Those first three resent fields are the usual ones, the fourth is new.
Actually, I don't see the point of it as it always is identical to the
original and there is no way I can change it.  Problem is that when I edit
list postings and then bounce/resend to the list LISTSERV strips out the
first three resent fields, but not the new Resent-Subject: field.  It goes
through and it appears to some subscribers as if there are two subject
fields. I can find nothing in the Pine config. file to turn off that
fourth line.

I doubt I'll be able to convince my ISP to change to an older version of
Pine, so on my wish list for next version of LISTSERV (maybe a patch,
right now?) is that it strip *all* resent fields, regardless of what they
are or how many (someone might dream up a fifth resent field for all I
