Well, how do you get the name of the person for any other
generic-service email address you might find in a technical support
context for any other type of facility you may be using?  In general, I
would say you do not.  Not many organizations want "help me" or "someone
is bothering me" type traffic directed to 'some specific personal name'
because they may have a group of people who handle such matters, and
want the traffic to reach the "helpdesk" and not any particular
individual.  I would suppose most LISTSERV(tm) installations probably
are managed by just one person, but even for the one I administer here,
the "managed by" address is a generic, because I may not always be the
one who performs this task.
