It is not a LISTSERV problem (Why does everyone always assume LISTSERV is the
only thing that can be at fault...)  The simple answer is that WebTV is refusing
to accept mail from our servers.  Users of WebTV (i.e. customers of WebTV need
to call up their support chanels and complain they are not getting mail they
desire to get.
