Does anyone have a good handle on the current state of the law for US
listowners's liability?  Specific examples would be excellent, more so
than just opinion. ;-)

I'm writing a piece on lists and wanted to include some information on
legal issues. Call me stupid, but I wanmted to warn people of the
potential problems.

Please reply off list, or at least cc, and I will happily send back a
summary to the list of what I receive.
