In the near future it is quite possible that the SHOtimes-L list will
start exceeding its Daily-Threshold= 100 setting.
 
The Listserv keyword memo says that owners should carefully weigh the
considerations before increasing the number, but it does not explain what
those might be.  It only says that on days when the threshold is exceeded,
an owner must issue a command to free the list from its halted status when
it maxes-out.
 
Anyone care to advise about the pros and cons of raising the threshold?
