I apologize for not giving enough information when I first
posted this message but the problem is that I did check to
see that the e-mail address was correct in the database.  It
was.  So then my next step was to check the instructions in
the listserv owners manual.  There was nothing about this
type of message.  That's when I was stumped.

Any help would be appreciated and thanks again to everyone
