The other thing you can do is:
 
* Send=Editor
* Editor=Owner, (LISTNAME)
 
where (LISTNAME> is the name of your list enclosed in parenthesis.
 
This avoids having LISTSERV bounce mail back to non-subscribers with a
"You are not subscribed" message.  Instead, all such mail comes to the
Owner for disposition--either forward it to the list or delete it.
Subscriber mail goes through without any trouble.
 
(This is the "self-moderation" scheme that we were discussing some time
back to cope with Canter&Siegel, et al.  I <think> Pete Weiss was
responsible for pointing it out, but I can't remember for sure...)
