Am I correct in believing that when an existing list with
Renewal= Yearly,Delay(15)  was changed to
Renewal= None              that
1) no existing subscriber, whether he has already renewed, or, has not
   yet been asked to renew, will be asked to renew, and
2) no outstanding renewal confirmations need be forwarded to LISTSERV?
