I'm not sure how well REVIEW will work on an open (Send= Public) list.

I "think" that you will have to make it so that at least non-subscriber
posts come to you for approval before being passed onto the list, which
nowadays IMHO is the only happy medium to accomodating a public list while
protecting it from spammers and malcontents.

To implement this, you'll need to use

Send= Editor, Hold
Editor= you@your_ipaddress, (LISTNAME)

The name of the list in Parens, (LISTNAME) allows for non-subscriber posts
to be sent to the editor for approval.

Should you decide that you would like multiple people/addresses to approve
posts, then you'll need to add a Moderator= line.
