Do you have a more recent bounce?
 
Remeber: listserv distributions and listserv subscription changes
aren't synchronized.  Thus you could have made an effective change
yet it will NOT affect those posts that are still in transit,
thus making it appear that your change was ineffective.
 
As in most things, timing is everything ;-)
 
While you are at it, do a
 
Q EXOTIC-L FOR *@*UCDAVIS.EDU
Q EXOTIC-L FOR *schroe*@*
 
to do a "reality" check for your changes and/or other subscriptions
that might relate.

Not really knowing what else to do, I changed the subscribers name from
"Elizabeth \"Liz\" Schroeder, M.A." to Liz Schroeder, M.A. on my subscriber
list.  I am still receiving the error message so that obviously was not the
problem.
