Being "concealed" is not mutually exclusive to being "subscription
by_owner" i.e., ONCE subscribed, the user then can SET list CONCEAL,
unless OTHERWISE prohibted by VALIDATE= ALL.
 
Regardless of who sends it, REV list does NOT show concealed users.
Though the list-owner cmd "Q list FOR userid@node" will.
