Jim, could you and others post form letters you use?  I would like
to revise and adapt them to my lists.
     Anybody have a really "nice" letter to those instructors that
have a whole class subscribe and never tells them how to cancel
their subscriptions?  :-)  (Assuming you can figure out who did
