A user ([log in to unmask]) is having problems with my list.  I'm not sure
what to tell him to do....other than contact the [log in to unmask]
(which I think he's tried to do).  Any suggestions?  Message follows (dots
in column 1 added by me).
 
...also, why does my list header show "[log in to unmask]"?
Shouldn't that just say "[log in to unmask]"?
