is errors-to=Owner different than =Owners?

I had mistakenly coded a list header Errors-To= Owner (singular) rather
than Owners (plural) as the manual states.

The first owner listed has been getting error messages. I'm the second
owner listed, and did not get any, not even the daily error monitoring
report (Auto-delete=Yes,Semi-Auto,Delay(3),Max(100)).

Is there some quirk in the difference between Owner and Owners?

1.8d on Unix.
