Pete is correct.  I had forgotten that one.  YES is equivalant to
owners, i.e. all non-quiet owners.  You can also put owner, i.e. the
first non-quiet owner listed in the list header, or any email address.
You can have more than one item, i.e. owners, [log in to unmask], [log in to unmask]
etc etc.
