  Like you, I can't index the list, I get nothing.  I subbed just to
be sure, that worked ok, rev works ok and database seraching works fine
through 96/03/05 , yesterday.
 
I noted you have a treshold=40 and that the postings seem to come rapid
fire at particular times, presumably whenever the list is FREEed.
Do you have a big backlog of unidstributed mail, because the list is
usually on HOLD ?  If so, that might be your problem.
 
I checked some other lists there at MIZZOU1 and their notebook set-up
seemed the same, and index worked ok, but they weren't on HOLD.  Just
a possibility.
