How about using [log in to unmask],
i.e., the list-manager service offered by your ISP ?
Send E-mail to that ID to get some introductory help.
Or, why not select the USENET newsgroup named 'alt.fan.red.green',
or the World Wide Web page:    http://WWW.RedGreen.COM
and keep your stick down.   :-)
