I am curious to know what kinds of list-owner opportunities there were
"out there?"

How does one find opportunities to manage (or create) lists either on an
ad hoc (free lance) or continuing basis, and what models are used for
charging for such (list-operating) services? assuming that there is a market.

I am not asking about operating servers themselves, or the ancillary
services such as mail or web.
