Maybe we're asking auto-delete to be TOO smart for something as
subjective as to when to delete a person?  On one of my _hyperactive_
lists (3000+ subscribers w/ 20-50 posts per day), I have:
 
* Auto-Delete= Yes,Semi-Auto,Delay(3),Max(25)
 
LISTSERV might auto-del 1 or 2 a week, but *I* might delete 10 or
suspend (SET listname NOMAIL FOR userid@fqdn) 30 -- some of which showed
up on monitor report (I was impatient) or were non-conforming bounces to
OWNER-listname which were not intercepted by the monitor.
 
Even after deletion, those users still might show up on the report (as
previously mentioned).  Or even if auto-deletion worked against them,
and they resubscribed and were NOT generating any NEW bounces, old
bounces that were still being returned because they were in-transit
could STILL trigger the auto-del.
