Yes, maybe I missed this too...do <listname> WELCOME and <listname> FAREWELL
need to reside on the LISTSERV minidisk like the default mailforms, or do
they need to be listed in the <listname> FILELIST and PUT like any other
file you store there?  (with OWN/OWN privileges, I would imagine!)  I
have one list that this would be really handy with but I don't like to
bother the postmaster any more than I have to :) ....
