In the first place you should not have multiple keywords with mutually
exclusive entries such as the 2 Send= above.

Based on experiment, LISTSERV seems to use the first instance and ignore
later ones, although this is not documented.

You can have multiple instances of non-mututally exclusive keywords and
LISTSERV makes them additive, in order. e.g.:

* Editor= user@address
* Editor= user2@whose_address_is_a_very_long_address2
* Editor= user3@address3

is the same as

* Editor= user@address, user2@whose_address_is_a_very_long_address2,
user3@address3

except LISTSERV will not recognize 'folded' lines like the above. (Infact
the user3@address3 will be interpreted as an attempt to add a list address
'on-the-fly' which will erase your entire list! NOT a good thing to have
happen!)

a space is helpful to humans reading the header but LISTSERV doesn't need
it.
