I'm saying  the problem  is that  the disk filled  up. Depending  on your
site's policy, you may  or may not have to do anything,  I really have no
way to know  what the deal between you  and them is. All I  meant is that
doing a GET+PUT on  the latest log was as likely to  solve the problem as
sending a HELP command or doing nothing.
