A mail message to [log in to unmask] complaining about the 79
character limitation resulted in an offer to "waive" the 79 character
limitation for any given address.  All I did was advise the Listname
which contained an IBMMAIL subscriber and WARNING notices stopped.  I
got the impression that the POSTMASTER would do only individual
waivers and would not yield on the 79 character limitation basic
rule!!
