I've got a CMS Pipeline (and surrounding REXX code) to munch console logs
which might be helpful.  In its current incarnation, it's designed to
filter out most routine messages, but you should be able to modify it to
trap only the messages about where mail is being distributed to and then to
sort out what's local and what's not.  It wouldn't be particularly
sophiisticated, but it should be quick to implement and use.
