I just tried to move a list from St Johns to another server.
The new header file for St Johns contains only the following keywords:
NEW-LIST
OWNER

When sent to St Johns I receive the following message:

The following problems have been detected in the list header:

* Digest= ...
Error: The first two parameters of the "Digest=" keyword may only be
updated by
       the LISTSERV administrator.

* Notebook= ...
Error: The first two parameters of the "Notebook=" keyword may only be updated
       by the LISTSERV administrator.

If I had the Keywds DIGEST and NOTEBOOKS, I then receive:

The following problems have been detected in the list header:

* Digest= ...
Error: The "Digest=" keyword is not allowed in conjunction with a "New-List="
       keyword.

* Notebook= ...
Error: The "Notebook=" keyword is not allowed in conjunction with a
"New-List="
       keyword.


What gives???
