I know that this does not help you now, but perhaps it will in the
future.  Add a subscription for yourself (perhaps using one of those
nasty case-sensitive addresses) and SET it to INDEX.   Then when you do
get an INDEX distribution, start archiving that in your own file
space.  The INDEX distribution gives some essential info:

Index  Date  Size Poster and subject
