Note: I have not been reading LSTOWN-L during the past few weeks  so
apologies if the issues below have been discussed:
 
During  recent days, there have been a lot of "strange" things going
on the net:
 
1.  Forged subs (Whitehouse, subbing people who've not requested it,
etc.);
 
2.  Some kind of hacker dupping accounts  and  sending  in  mail  on
third parties' responsibilities;
 
This  "wave"  of  "attacks"  happened at the same time the forgeries
from netcom.com.
 
Could any one, please, inform on  what is going on and what measures
are being taken against the above ?.
