I did an NSLOOKUP and that does appear to be the hostname for the MX
host.  PING and TELNET (port 25) both failed.  In this case (w/ more
research) I don't think the DNS cache is wrong.  There could be a route
failure or perhaps some ACL filtering.

Talk with your ISP to see if they have any insights.
