List owners can cahnge their content filtering.  Here's the content I set
up for new lists:

subject: Out of the office
action: reject
subject: automated response
action: reject
subject: OutOfOffice
action: reject
subject: Out Of Office
action: reject
subject: I am not here
action: reject
subject: Gone Fishing
action: reject Get back to work!!
