Amen.  And please post the reply to the list.  My canned response for
this is intended to reassure the victims that when so many people make
the same mistake, the problem lies with the product, not the user.

You need to fix the "reply-to:" field.

The user sent mail to Listserv that had an invalid "Reply-to:" field
up there in the header along with the "Date:", "From:" and "Subject:"
fields.  This field should be corrected or eliminated.

Note: the user is using a MS Mail product that apparently makes it far
too easy for many users to transmit mail with a malformed reply-to field
which is missing the user-id to the left side of the ampersand:

                   Reply-To: <@wherever.org>
