If you are the list owner, and have an email program that will allow you
to generate forged-from-address messages, invent some fictional address,
ADD it as a subscriber to your list, and then send a message "from" that
fictional address.  If you don't know how to do this, please do -not-
ask for help with it here.

Depending on whether what you mean is "so they won't know who I am" or
"so any replies sent won't clutter my inbox" the "legitimacy" of what
you want to do might be questionable.
