I just received on another list a release from the Electronic
Future Foundation discussing the current status of the Clipper Chip
as well as a discussion regarding national identity and health cards.
 
I found the trends in this area very disturbing.  If anyone
is interested in seeing this release please let me know.  It is
1000 lines long and I don't want to just post it.
