Because  this is  a  new  feature and  it  wasn't  operational when  they
subscribed.

Pauline, we have answered your questions  many times on the APPLE list. I
am sorry that  you don't like the  answer, but it has  been provided, you
have  made your  point, due  consideration has  been given,  and a  final
decision  has been  made. Coming  back with  the same  request every  few
months is simply not going to change anything.
