Your looking for the PW= keyword in Appendix B
<http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/owner/appendb.html#PW>. It's also mentioned
briefly in section 2.11
<http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/owner/owner.html#2.10> (Figure 2.4).

To change your password, add the following to the bottom line of your
list header and PUT it. Make sure the password at the top is your current
password, only the bottom line should contain the new password.

* PW=  newpassword

Not from their address, but they can spoof an Owner's address and cause
mischief with the password.
