So, in theory, if I have a file that is in my file list, I should be able to "give" it to
another address?  I have a file that is the Membership Information Form already in
place on the server, how do I "give" it to someone else?  And in the same notion,
can I use an "include" call in a template to send a file other than the welcome file
to someone (like how the Welcome file is sent as part of the subscribe process)
