Since everyone was so helpful with my last question, I thought I would ask
another that has been in the back of my mind for a while.
I send out the FAQ files to my list on a semi-regular basis, and
occasionally send it to people who request it. Since I do my mail from home
via modem, I would like to be able to avoid uploading these files. I was
wondering if it is possible to tell the listserv to distribute to the list
(or to an address) a file (or series of files) found in the library. I
have looked at the documentation of the DITRIBUTE command, and it looks
like I may be able to use it this way, but I have been unable to make it
work. However, I judge myself woefully confused and ignorant on this
command and I was hoping someone could help me out.

"A physician is not angry at the intemperance of a mad patient, nor does he
take it ill to be railed at by a man in a fever. Just so should a wise man
treat all mankind, as a physician treats a patient, and look upon them as
sick." -- Seneca
