   It sounds like you got your problem with your list header(s) fixed.
If not, *please* let some other listowner help you with it, even if
it means a temporary co-listowner.  I know I've offered and imagine
others have also.
 
Filter him, set your lists confirm for subscription or by_owner,
Send= Editor, Editor=you,(listname), if he's always coming through
the same com or edu set all subs at those places REVIEW now that you
have 1.8b (a pain for you and the inoccents at those sites, but this
guy seems a certifiable anarchist, as far as your lists are concerned).
Set your lists Notify if they aren't already so you know when he pops
up again.  Use any and every technique to block him, short of putting
out a contract on him, though imagine at times you are sorely tempted. ;-)
