So, could the user who is accessing a MAILTPL template that contains an
imbed command have his address checked by Listserv against the standard GET
authorization for the FILENAME FILETYPE LISTNAME referenced in the imbed
command?  It would be up to the maintainers of the respective files to see
that the GET authorization for the file being referenced by the imbed
command is in accord with the intended authorization for that template's
imbed command.
