I've gotten this error from listserv.  The error is:
                no such user UBJVM6!
 
However, the user is listed in SCOUTS-L LIST as [log in to unmask]

                                                      Notice the Q
 
I guess a link is dropping the last letter of the userid.  Any ideas??
