Depends. I see 11 times all within 2 hours. Where is the "3 days" coming
into this mix? Posting/distribution is usually instantaneous once the
message is received by LISTSERV.

Look through the LISTSERV log, the notebooks or web archives for the list
(if enabled), or the list changelog (if enabled). The web interface has a
reporting option for Changelogs, just for this. You must have this is your
list header to enable changelogs:
