Well, if you don't register, you have the tables that came with your
installation kit.  You either have to register to get them sent
automatically or you have to update them by hand (you can get BITEARN
NODES from our FTP site and the rest of the files via GET from
LISTSERV.NET).  This has been discussed (I think) several times on
LSTSRV-L.  Some files are updated on something like a monthly basis
while others are more frequent.
