Actually, Jacob, I think I was looking for LISTSERV to help me with
my laziness.

Any message with the string "error monitoring" or "error report" in
the headers is filtered into a folder, and I deal with them
periodically as a batch. If LISTSERV sent me a note that actually
came into my active inbox, I might notice it earlier -- but in fact,
as Stan pointed out, the information I need is in the error report
already, and it's just a question of my being aware of it.
As usual, thanks, everybody, for all the help.
