The listowner's manual (12/12/1995) says:

What does this etc. cover? Are there other notifications?
 
Another question: I seem to remember a requests-to= keyword or something
similar, to define who gets messages sent to XXX-REQUEST. I can't find it in
the manual. Is there such a beast, or do requests always go to all non-quiet
owners?
