Stan Horwitz suggests locking lists. The only way I know of doing that is
to get a list header, or am I missing something? Can't a sophisticated
list owner get around this (yes, I know most won't know how).

And- I appreciate Charles Oriesz's suggestion about hold to find locked
lists, and it will definitely be useful. However, anyone have suggestions
on finding all held lists?
