Possibly these addresses have accumulated errors and have been "served off".
That is, for sanity protection, LISTSERV ignores any/all incoming email from
those addresses which have been "served off" for repeated errors.  It will
still send list mail out to such addresses.

you send the command   SERVE [log in to unmask]
to                     LISTSERV@your_host_server

from any other email address except address(s) that have been served off.

If you were served off, then you will be notifed that service has been
restored.  If you weren't (i.e. it is some other situation) then you'll get a
respons saying you were not served off.
