For something like this, really need to see the job you subsmitted,
*precisely* as you submitted it.  I other words, an exact copy(you do
have one, don't you?) of what you sent, not what you think you sent.
Cut off the excess user1,user2 stuff, but let's see what you sent.
 
A difference of one space, one character, etc. can wreck your job.
