I am so sorry to bother the list yet again with this question--I am sure that
it has been asked and answered a dozen times!

What should I add to my list headings so that members can't send attachments
to the list?

I know I had this somewhere, but I can't find what I have done with it and
one of the newbies on vwar-l has started sending HUGE graphics files.
