Check to see if any subscribers are set to receive the digest.  It only goes
out to those that have requested it.

I have a list that does not send its digest. Here is an example of its

The list is posting regularly to its notebook at the web interface, it is
just not sending out a a daily digest as we expected. (I believe this is set
to digest at 10 am)  Does anyone have any suggestions?
